OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The unit is only designed to treat human hair.
1. Dry your hair with a towel after washing.
2. Brush your hair. Do not use hairspray, gel or any other
flammable substances.
3. Put a towel around your neck and on your shoulders, to
prevent possible burning.
4. Uncoil the supply cable. Connect the power cord plug to the
wall outlet.
5. Switch on the unit by holding the switch, the display will be
illuminated (Fig. 1).
6. Set the required temperature using -/+ buttons. Graphic
indicator on the display informs of the following:
The indicator blinks – the unit is warming up
7. The operating temperature is reached after a couple of
seconds.
8. MODE BUTTON: Use this button to cycle through and select a cooking function.
Note: Long press MODE switch °C to °F.
a) Straightening long hair
Always hold the unit by the grip and at a sufficient distance from the skin and eyes; use a mirror.
• Divide your hair into approximately 4 cm-wide strands.
• Hold the unit in your hand according to Fig. 2.
• Starting from the roots, put the prepared strand between the straightener plates for a moment (see Fig. 2).
• Clamp the straightener plates and pull them slowly from the roots to the tips of the hair (see Fig. 3).
Repeat until your hair is straight.
b) Straightening short hair
The process is the same as for long hair, but instead of pulling the unit along the hair, only press the strands
between the straightener plates for approximately 10 seconds.
• After the end of the treatment, let your hair cool and then comb it out.
• Switch the unit off after use by holding the switch. The display will go out.
• If you need to lay the unit aside during use, always switch it off and lay it on a fireproof surface.
