5.2 Rubber buff er (see also 3.1)
The rubber buff er between the motor and motor console are
checked regularly and replaced if damaged.
The rubber buff er must be replaced with appropriate new
ones no later than after 20,000 hours. The rubber buff er are
designed for the system; therefore, we recommend the use
of original rubber buff er as spare parts.
5.3 Fine Filters
The extent of contamination on the fi lter mats should be
checked at regular intervals depending on the operating/am-
bient conditions. Thus, the permeability of the fi lters must be
guaranteed by the owner.
5.4 Cleaning
There is a high risk of injury on the inside of the device due
to rotating parts during operation. Before opening, reaching
in or inserting tools into the device, decommission the de-
vice in all cases and wait until all moving parts have stopped.
Secure the device reliably against accidental restart during
the entire period. Also make sure that no other dangerous
situation can arise when restarting after a standstill, e.g. as a
result of a power failure or blockages.
Cleaning or maintenance must not lead to damage or modi-
fi cations to the device and its components that aff ect safety
or health protection and, for example, impair the balance of
the impeller.
When starting up the blower, make sure that all tools or other
foreign objects have been removed from inside the device
and that all covers and protective grilles have been attached
correctly.
