jewelry, keys, or beaded chains touches exposed termi-
nals. The conductive material may complete an electri-
cal circuit (short circuit) and become quite hot. Exercise
care in handling any charged battery, particularly when
placing it inside a pocket, purse, or other container with
metal objects.
