IMPORTANT SAFETY HINTS

Prior to connecting the appliance it is necessary to read this manual first and to keep it
for future use.
Check if the mains voltage corresponds to the values in the appliance type label.
Never leave the appliance if connected to mains.
Never immerse the appliance into water - do not use it if in a bathtub or during
showering or above a washbasin filled with water.
Disconnect the appliance if not used. Warning! In the vicinity of water the risk of accident
persists even after the appliance has been switched off.
The appliance must not come into contact with water during cleaning.
Never leave powered appliance laid on soft textiles or towels.
Make sure if the appliance has been switched out when not used.
Remove the plug from the socket:
- if the appliance does not work properly
- prior to cleaning
- after use
Do not pull the appliance by its electric cable.
The electric cable must not be wound round the appliance.
Do not use the appliance:
- if its electric cable is damaged
- if the appliance indicates signs of damage
- if the appliance has been dropped
The appliance may be used for dry hair only.
Do not use for artificial hair.
Note! Avoid contact of hot metal parts with skin, imminence of burning!
Persons with nerve disorders should not use the appliance by themselves to prevent
accidents.
Children do not realize the risks of using electrical appliances, therefore it is necessary
to control them if they use the appliance.
Damaged electric cable may be replaced by expert service center only.
At all times the appliance must be used in a manner described in this operation manual.
The appliance must not come into contact with flammable materials. It must not be used
in the vicinity of flammable materials as the straightening plates reach the temperature
up to 200 °C.
Never cover the straightening plates with other objects.
