1. Local or Remote Use Selector: Local (LED 2 off)
or Remote (LED 2 on) use of the welder can be
selected pressing this button. When in local use the
welding current is set turning knob 12.

3. Potenziometro hot start:
MMA mode: Allows you to set the Hot Start current
from the value of the set welding current (0%) up to
double that value (100%), obviously taking into
account the maximum value permitted by the
machine.
TIG mode: Not used
4. Confirmation of the hot start current setting:
MMA mode: Switches on for approximately 4
seconds at each movement of the potentiometer 3.
During the 4 seconds of activity the set hot start value
is shown on the display 9 as a percentage value.
TIG mode: Switches on for approximately 4 seconds
at each movement of the potentiometer 3.

5. Arc Force potentiometer:
MMA mode: Allows you to set the Arc Force current
from the value of the set welding current (0%) up to
double that value (100%), obviously taking into
account the maximum value permitted by the
machine.
TIG mode: Not used
6. Arc Force Current Confirmation:
MMA welding: This lights up for app. 4 seconds at
each setting selected using of Knob 5.
During the 4 seconds of activity the set arc force value
is shown on the display 9 as a percentage value.
7. Thermal Protection Signal and low mains
voltage:
this lights up when the unit overheats. Usually this
occurs when the welder duty-factor has been excee-
ded. Check that the air-intake grills on the front and
back of the welder are not clogged. Leave the welder
switched on to allow the internal components to cool
down. When the LED goes off, normal welding ope-
rations can be resumed.
Furthermore, when the LED 1 is lit and the display 9
shows the writing E.Ln means that the mains voltage
has dropped to below the limits of proper operation.
