Danger Risk of injury!
Failure to observe the instructions may result in prob-
lems and risks when using the lavastone gas grill.
– Always follow all assembly instructions provided.
1. First completely read through the assembly instructions.
2. If necessary, have another person assist you.
3. Take enough time for the assembly and clear a work area of
two to three square meters.
4. Arrange the required tools so that they are within reach.
Small parts such as handles may be premounted.

Required tools

1 x pliers
1 x cross-head screwdriver
1 x 8, 10, 14 and 17 spanner and, where required under national
regulations, the correct sized spanner for mounting the gas hose
1 x (rubber) hammer

Assembling the grill

1. Insert the two plastic feet (2) from the accessories bag in the
bottom end of two support legs (1) (see Fig. 1).
2. Screw these two legs securely on the right side of the base
plate (3). Screw the two remaining legs (1) securely on the
left side of the base plate (3).
For each leg use two screws, lock washers and nuts from
the fixings bag
(see Fig. 2). Attention: The closed side of

the base plate should be facing upwards.
3. Insert the axle (4) on the left side of the base plate through
the legs and base plate.
Push one wheel (5) onto the axle on each side.
Screw both wheels tight using a 14 socket wrench or span-

process, hold the axle in place with a pliers. Press the two
wheel caps (6) onto the wheels (see fig. 3).
4. Insert the 4 end caps (7) into the open profile ends of the
support legs. If necessary, use a rubber hammer (see Fig. 4)
5. Fix three wooden support boards (8) onto the horizontal por-
tion of each support leg. Use the 25 mm screws
fixings bag for this (see Fig. 5).
The wooden support boards are manufactured from planta-
tion timber which is naturally very resistant to weathering
and which has also been treated.
However, since this is a natural product, minor differences in
colour may occur in the final state.
6. Screw the two supports (9) securely to the support legs us-
ing 8 6x35 mm screws, lock washers and nuts. You will find
the assembly materials in the fixings bag
7. Insert the fitting (11) through the two large holes of the front
panel (10) from behind. Ensure that the round cam on the
fitting is correctly positioned in the hole between the two
