The charging control LEDs (green 20 and

red 21) indicate the status of the charger 18
and the battery pack 5 :

Insert the battery pack 5 into the charger

Connect the power cord with power plug 19

of the charger 18 to the socket .
When the battery pack 5 is fully charged:

Remove the battery pack from the charger
18 . Then disconnect the power cord with
power plug 19 of the charger from the
socket .

The product may only be operated with

the auxiliary handle 6 fitted .
Screw the auxiliary handle 6 , depending

on the type of work, to the left (a), right (b)
or on the top (c) of the product using the
auxiliary handle threads 2 .

WARNING!
Before adjusting the guard for grinding
8 : Switch the product off . Remove
the battery pack 5 from the product
to prevent the product from starting
unintentionally . Let the product cool
down before making any adjustments!

CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY!
Wear protective gloves . Be careful
when handling the guard for grinding
8 as there is a pinching hazard
between the guard and the wheel .
NOTE
The product must only be operated with
u
the guard mounted .
Adjust the guard for grinding 8 such that
any sparks or detached parts cannot hit
either the user or any bystanders .
The guard for grinding 8 must also be
positioned such that the sparks cannot ignite
combustible parts, including those in the
surroundings .
Turn the guard for grinding 8 to the
required position . The clamp must engage in
one of the guard's notches .
