FAQ

Fault at the USB connection
1) Driver not found (the driver can be downloaded from the Kathrein website)
2) Check that the USB cable is correctly connected
3) The USB cable may be damaged or a bad connection may be affecting communications
4) The USB connection is damaged.
The meter shuts down
The LNB has a short circuit or is drawing excessive current.
The meter has not found any lock-on
Make sure that you have downloaded a current transponder list for your meter; check whether a more
recent list is available, and update it if necessary.
Apple MAC
The software is not MAC-compatible.
