The following table will help you to determine and rectify the reasons for possible problems.

Remote control is not reg-
istered at the instantaneous
water heater

Registration in process
Flat batteries
Another remote control or
Smart Control app is con-
nected to the appliance.
Solution
Register again
Place the remote control closer to the
appliance, press button
Hold the remote control in front of the
instantaneous water heater
Insert two new type AAA-batteries
Reset the instantaneous water heater by
customer service to delete all remote
controls. Then only register the desired
remote control
