Freezer section
Adjusting the temperature
You can adjust the required temperature
in the range of -16 °C to -26 °C (factory
setting -18 °C) for the freezer section.
To change the required temperature:
S Touch the freezer section button.
S Use the < or > buttons to adjust the
temperature to the required value.
S Acknowledge with ok.
You also have the option of allocating the
function of a
- fridge section
or
- chiller section
to the freezer section. To do this, use the
vario function.
Super
When super mode is on, the freezer sec
tion is cooled as cold as possible (-28 °C)
for approx. 52 hours. Then the appliance
automatically switches to the temperature
set prior to super mode. Fast freezing
is used to freeze fresh food and must be
switched on up to 3 hours before the food
is placed in the freezer compartment.
To switch on super mode:
S Touch the super/freezer section
button.
Super mode is on when the message and
the new required temperature are on the
standard display.

Chiller section
Adjusting the temperature
Note:
This setting option is only available if
the temperature range of a cool fresh"
compartment was allocated to the
refrigerator or freezer compartment with
the vario function.
Vario function
The vario function can be used to change
the refrigeration ranges of the sections,
e.g. a freezer section ( 16 °C to -26 °C)
can be switched to a fridge section (+2 °C
to +10 °C).
A section is switched over as follows:
S Select the menu to adjust the
temperature of this section:
Fridge section: Touch the fridge section
button.
Freezer section: Touch the freezer
section button.
S Select the symbol
< button.
S Acknowledge with ok.
