Inserting the Sliding Tray

WARNING
1. Remove RollModel machine from the shipping carton and place it on a clean,
flat, sturdy, non-skid surface. Take care when lifting machine out of the carton,
as it weighs 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
2. Remove Sliding Tray from the carton. The Tray is heavy and requires care
while lifting.
3. Place Sliding Tray onto Side Rails. Push the Tray under the Roller Cover
until the Tray Stop bumps against the Lower Roller. Gently press down on
the end of the Tray and push the Tray up and over the Lower Roller (Figure A).
4. The Sliding Tray can now move back and forth through the machine and is
prevented from coming out by the Tray Stops hitting the Lower Roller. The
Tray should be turned over once a year for even wear (see Turning the
Sliding Tray, page 10).

Attaching the Bell/Crank Handle

1. Slip the Lock Washer (Item 2) over the Screw (Item 3) and drop them into the
hole in the top of the Bell/Crank Handle (Item 1).
2. Push the Bell/Crank Handle assembly over the square roller shaft protruding
from the RollModel Machine. Insert Allen Wrench into Screw (Item 3) to
tighten. Turn clockwise (Figure B). Tighten Screw as far as possible to
ensure maximum pressure.
3. Press the Screw Cap Cover (Item 4) in place.
