7 DESCRIPTION OF PROTECTIVE DEVICES
The equipment comes with different protective devices
highlighted by "Err" on the displays N (see table below
ERROR CODES).
To assure efficiency of these protective devices:
• Do not remove nor by-pass the protective devices.
• Replace them with original Cebora spare parts.
• Always replace any damaged parts of the machine
or the welding torch with original parts.
• Use torches CEBORA Type CP 162C and CP 70C
only.
ERROR DESCRIPTION
Dangerous voltage
Torch protection device disengaged
No torch recognition at start-up or recognition mo-
dified in an invalid state
Start command pushed while switching on the
power source
Worn out electrode
AC supply voltage out of range
High temperature of output diodes or transformer
High temperature of the IGBT module
Gas inlet pressure low
Incorrect assemby of the nozzle holder
Emergency stop originating from the CNC.

8 CUTTING QUALITY
There are several parameters and combinations of them
that affect the quality of the cut: This manual shows the
optimal settings for cutting a particular material. However,
due to the installation differences as well as pantographs
and the variation of the characteristics of the cutting ma-
terials, the optimal parameters may require changes with
respect to those indicated in the present cutting tables.
The following points may help the user to make the chan-
ges necessary to obtain a good cutting quality.
As shown in these cutting tables, for each thickness of a
