Salvo se espressamente prescritto dalla presente garanzia, Marzocchi S.p.A.
E MARZOCCHI USA, INC. NON SARANNO RITENUTE RESPONSABILI PER
EVENTUALI DANNI ACCIDENTALI O EMERGENTI ASSOCIATI ALL'USO
DEL SISTEMA DI SOSPENSIONE MARZOCCHI O A UN RECLAMO AI
SENSI DEL PRESENTE ACCORDO, SIA CHE TALE RECLAMO SI BASI
SUL CONTRATTO, SU ILLECITO O ALTRO. Le dichiarazioni di garanzia
sopramenzionate sono esclusive e in luogo di tutti gli altri rimedi. Alcuni stati non
permettono l'esclusione o la limitazione di danni accidentali o emergenti, quindi
tale limitazione o esclusione non può applicarsi.
7.6 Rinuncia
EVENTUALI GARANZIE IMPLICITE DI COMMERCIABILITA'' O IDONEITA'
PER UNO SCOPO PARTICOLARE E TUTTE LE GARANZIE IMPLICITE
DERIVANTI DAL CORSO DEGLI AFFARI, CONSUETUDINI DEL MESTIERE,
PER STATUTO O ALTRO SONO STRETTAMENTE LIMITATE AL PERIODO
CITATO IN QUESTA GARANZIA SCRITTA. Il presente Contratto costituirà
l'unico ed esclusivo rimedio per l'acquirente in riferimento al presente acquisto.
In caso di una presunta violazione di qualunque garanzia o di un'azione
legale intentata dall'acquirente sulla base di presunta negligenza o altro
comportamento illecito da parte della Marzocchi S.p.A. o Marzocchi USA, Inc.,
il solo ed esclusivo rimedio per l'acquirente sarà costituito dalla riparazione o
sostituzione dei materiali risultati difettosi, sulla base di quanto precedentemente
stabilito. Nessun rivenditore e nessun altro agente o dipendente della Marzocchi
S.p.A. o Marzocchi USA, Inc., è autorizzato ad apportare variazioni, estendere o
ampliare la presente garanzia.
7.7 Avvertenza
Installare, riparare ed utilizzare il Sistema di Sospensione Marzocchi in assoluta
conformità con le indicazioni contenute nel suo "Manuale di istruzioni".
7.8 Altri diritti
Questa garanzia vi assicura specifi ci diritti legali. Potreste godere anche di altri
diritti che variano a seconda dello stato di appartenenza (solo per USA).
7.9 Legge applicabile
Qualsiasi controversia dovesse insorgere dal presente contratto o derivi dall'uso
del sistema di sospensione Marzocchi, sarà disciplinata dalle leggi italiane e
giudicata presso il foro di Bologna, Italia.

TTENZIONE
Desideriamo ringraziarvi per aver acquistato questo sistema di
sospensione Marzocchi. Nel caso in cui, entro i termini previsti dalla
presente garanzia, venga riscontrato un difetto coperto ai sensi della
medesima, spedite il sistema di sospensione Marzocchi con porto
prepagato presso un rivenditore autorizzato o a un Centro di Assistenza
Marzocchi. Allegate inoltre una copia della fattura di acquisto originale
riportando nome, cognome, indirizzo, data di acquisto e spiegazione
del tipo di problema o difetto rilevato. La politica aziendale di Marzocchi
S.p.A., è quella di offrire un servizio all'insegna della cortesia ed effi cienza
in riferimento ai reclami sottoposti nel corso della garanzia. Trattate con
cura il sistema di sospensione Marzocchi. Se sospettate che il medesimo
sia stato danneggiato, contattate il vostro rivenditore o un Centro di
Assistenza Marzocchi.

7.5 Damages
Except as expressly provided by this warranty, MARZOCCHI S.p.A. AND
MARZOCCHI USA, INC. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE
USE OF THE MARZOCCHI SUSPENSION SYSTEM OR A CLAIM UNDER
THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT
OR OTHERWISE. The foregoing statements of warranty are exclusive and in
lieu of all other remedies.Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not
apply to you.
7.6 Disclaimer
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A
COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OF TRADE, BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE,
IS HEREBY STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE TERM OF THIS WRITTEN
WARRANTY.This Agreement shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available
to the Purchaser with respect to this purchase.In the event of any alleged breach
of any warranty or any legal action brought by the purchaser based on alleged
negligence or other tortuous conduct by Marzocchi S.p.A. or Marzocchi USA,
Inc., the Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy will be the repair or replacement
of the defective materials as stated above.No dealer and no other agent or
employee of Marzocchi S.p.A. or Marzocchi USA, Inc. is authorized to modify,
extend or enlarge this warranty.
7.7 Warning
Always install, repair and use your Marzocchi suspension system in strict
compliance with its owner's manual.
7.8 Other rights
This warranty gives you specifi c legal rights, and you may also have other rights,
which vary from state-to-state (USA only).
7.9 Applicable law
Any disputes arising out of this agreement or caused by the use of this Marzocchi
suspension system will be governed by the laws of the country of Italy, and will
be decided by the Courts of Bologna, Italy.

defect covered under the warranty appears within the agreed term s, send
the Marzocchi suspension system, postage prepaid, to an authorized dealer
or to a Marzocchi Service Center.Please include a copy of the original
sales invoice along with your full name, address, date of purchase, and an
explanation of the problem or defect.The policy of Marzocchi S.p.A. is to
offer courteous and effi cient service with respect to warranty claims.Please
take care of your Marzocchi suspension system.If you suspect it has been
damaged, please contact your dealer or a Marzocchi Service Center
