5.2.1 Setting-up the bending device d16 - d40

Position the hydraulic unit on the base
plate above the fixing holes, insert the
screws and tighten them with the angu-
lar Allen key.
Plug the required bending template
onto the front side of the hydraulic
cylinder.
Connect the control cable of the bend-
ing tool with the device socket on the
hydraulic device. (Refer to chapter 3.6).

Installation instructions
Insert the rotating pin into the recepta-
cle bore with the corresponding dimen-
sion and lightly tighten with the angular
Allen key.
Connect the hydraulic coupling with the
hydraulic nipple of the bending tool.
The re-packaging of the bending tool is
carried out in the reverse sequence.
