• Remove the closure cap of the device socket (20) on the hydraulic device.
• Connect the control cable (31) to the device socket (20) on the hydraulic device.
• Switch on the hydraulic device.
• The device is ready for operation for bending pipes, when the LEDs for the mains
voltage and for the bending mode (15) are lit. (Bending pipes, refer to chapter
5.2.2).
Remark
Start button
The start button (4) on the hydraulic unit is inactive in the bending
mode. The bending operation has to be triggered with the start
button (30) on the bending device.
3.7 Removing the bending device
• Switch off hydraulic unit on the main switch (21).
• Retract the coupling sleeve of the hydraulic coupling (1) and disconnect the
hydraulic hose (2) from the bending device.
• Disconnect the control cable (31) from the device socket (30) on the hydraulic
unit.
• Affix the closing cap to the device socket (30) on the hydraulic unit.

De-Commissioning the hydraulic device

• Switch-off the mains switch (21).
• Pull out the mains plug (5).
