4.1 Control connections (inputs and outputs) new

WARNING
Risk of FI failure!
Never apply any voltage exceeding 24 V to the
terminal strip X101, not even for test purposes!
• Tightening torques of the control connections:
0.3 Nm
• The terminal strips X101 and X102 are only available
in connection with the control board (BITZER part
no. 35496601 or 343596602). For the operation of

the FI in ECOSTAR condensing units, the control
board is not required.
Wiring the terminal strip X101 according to the
schematic wiring diagram (see chapter Schematic
wiring diagram, page 28).
• Connect the controller (B3) to the terminals 1 and 8
or 2 and 8. Use shielded cables for this.
– 1 and 8: current-dependent control characteristic.
– 2 and 8: voltage-dependent control characteristic.
