WARNUNG
Die Kleinspannungspumpe darf aus Sicherheitsgründen nur an Schutzkleinspannung betrieben werden
(SELV nach EN 60335-1)!
ACHTUNG
• Die Kleinspannungspumpe nicht an Spannungen > 30 V anschließen! Andernfalls wird die Pumpe zerstört.
HINWEIS
Falls die Versorgungsspannung an der Pumpe für eine zuverlässige Funktion nicht mehr ausreicht („Abschaltschwelle
für Versorgung"), geht die Pumpe auf Störung. Falls die Versorgungsspannung wieder ausreicht, nimmt die Pumpe ihre
Arbeit wieder auf.
Falls die Versorgungsspannung während eines Hubes zusammenbricht („Schwelle für Hubabbruch"), blinkt die
Störmeldeanzeige zusätzlich. Abgebrochene Hübe zählt der Hubzähler nicht. Die Pumpenelektronik prüft hierbei die
Versorgungsspannung periodisch („Wartezeit nach Hubabbruch": 10 min). Falls die Versorgungsspannung ausreicht,
nimmt die Pumpe ihre Arbeit wieder auf.
Falls die Versorgungsspannung eine weitere Schwelle unterschreitet, dann schaltet sich die Pumpe elektrisch komplett
ab. Falls die Versorgungsspannung wieder ausreicht, erwacht die Pumpe und nimmt ihre Arbeit wieder auf.
Die programmierten Schwellen gelten für gängige Bleiakkus. ProMinent kann sie an die Kundenbedürfnisse anpassen.
Um Störungen gering zu halten, kurze Stromleitungen mit großem Querschnitt verwenden. Akkus mit kleinem Innen-
wider stand verwenden.
Bei falscher Polung arbeitet die Pumpe nicht, da der Verpolschutz keinen Strom fl ießen lässt.
Electrical installation
WARNING
For safety reasons, the extra-low voltage pump may only be operated with safety extra-low voltage
(in accordance with EN 60335-1)!
IMPORTANT
• Do not connect the extra-low voltage pump to voltages > 30 V! Otherwise the pump will be irreparably
damaged.
NOTE
The pump will generate a fault („switch-off threshold for supply") in the event that the supply voltage to the pump is
insuffi cient to ensure reliable function. The pump will recommence operation as soon as the supply voltage is restored.
The alarm indicator fl ashes additionally if the supply voltage is interrupted during a stroke, („threshold for stroke ab-
ort"). Aborted strokes are not counted by the stroke counter. In doing so, the pump's electronic controller periodically
checks the supply voltage („wait time after stroke abort": 10 min). The pump will recommence operation if the supply
voltage is suffi cient.
The pump's electrical system will shut down completely in the event that the supply voltage undershoots another
threshold. The pump will come out of standby mode and recommence operation as soon as suffi cient supply voltage is
restored.
The programmed thresholds apply to standard lead-acid batteries. ProMinent can match these to customer require-
ments.
Use short large-diameter power leads in order to minimise faults. Use batteries with low internal resistance.
If polarity is reversed, the pump will not operate as the polarity reversal protection facility will allow no current to fl ow.
