VÝMĚNA OLEJE
Základní interval výměny pro olej ATMOSOIL4 je 3000 provozních hodin
(nejméně 1x ročně). Při použití jiného oleje je třeba intervaly výměny
konzultovat s výrobcem.
Olej se vypustí vyšroubováním vypouštěcí zátky na vypouštěcím potrubí
nádoby odlučovače.
Upozornění !
Servisní středisko výrobce si vyhrazuje právo upravit interval výměny
kompresorového oleje, event. olejového filtru a vložky odlučovače podle
pracovního prostředí kompresoru !
3.
OLEJOVÝ FILTR
Olejový filtr je třeba vyměnit při každé výměně oleje, pokud není
výrobcem určeno jinak.
Postup výměny :
1.
Kompresor vypnout a odtlakovat.
2.
Demontovat olejový filtr.
3.
Nový filtr lehce rukou našroubovat, po dosednutí
těsnících ploch dotáhnout o 3/4 otáčky (max. utahovací
moment 25 Nm).
4.
Po spuštění překontrolovat těsnost filtru.
Poznámka :
Před montáží nového filtru doporučujeme filtr naplnit olejem a pryžové
těsnění potřít olejem.

OIL EXCHANGE
The basic interval for oil ATMOSOIL4 exchange is 3000 hours (1x a year as
minimum). If another oil type is used the exchange intervals shall be
consulted with the manufacturer.
The oil will be discharged by screwing out the discharging plug at the
separator outlet piping.
Caution !
Manufacturer´s Service centre reserves for itself the right to modify the
intervals of compressor oil or oil filter and separator element exchange
according to compressor operation surroundings !
OIL FILTER
The oil filter shall be replaced by every oil exchange until determined by the
manufacturer otherwise.
Replacement procedure :
1.
Turn off the compressor and decrease the pressure to zero.
2.
Dismount the oil filter.
3.
Screw in the new filter easy by hand, tighten it after fitting
closely by 3/4 rotation (max. tightening moment 25 Nm).
4.
After starting the compressor check the filter tightness.
Note :
Lubricate the new filter sealing lightly with oil and fill up the filter with oil before
it being mounted.
ÖLWECHSEL
Der Grundintervall für den Ölaustausch beim Öl vom Typ ATMOSOIL4 beträgt 3000
Betriebsstunden (mindestens 1x im Jahr). Bei Verwendung anderer Öle müssen die
Austauschintervalle mit dem Hersteller abgestimmt werden.
Das Öl wird mittels eines Auslaßstopfens im Ablaßleitung des Abscheiderbehälters
abgelassen.
Hinweis !
Der Hersteller- Servicestelle bleibt das Recht vorbehalten, den Austauschintervall
des Kompressorenöls, eventuell des Ölfilters und des Abscheidereinsatzes in
Abhängigkeit vom Arbeitsumfeld des Kompressors zu ändern !
ÖLFILTER
Das Ölfilter ist bei jedem Ölaustausch auszuwechseln, falls der Hersteller nicht
anders vorschreibt.
Die Vorgehensweise beim Austausch :
1.
Den Kompressor ausschalten und Druck ablassen.
2.
Das Ölfilter demontieren.
3.
Das neues Filter von Hand leicht eindrehen, nach dem Anschlagen
von Dichtflächen um 3/4 Umdrehung (max. Drehmoment 25 Nm)
nachziehen.
4.
Die Filterdichtheit nach dem Anlassen überprüfen.
Bemerkung :
Die Dichtung des neuen Filters mit Öl schmieren, das Filter vor dem Eindrehen mit
Öl füllen.
