ÚDRŽBA KOMPRESORU
Výstraha !
Před prováděním jakékoli údržby nebo opravy zastavte kompresor,
zajistěte proti spuštění a kompresor odtlakujte.
Pozor, tlakový okruh kompresoru obsahuje horký olej !
1.
UPOZORNĚNÍ PRO ÚDRŽBU
1.
Pro opravy je dovoleno používat pouze odpovídající nářadí a
originální náhradní díly dodávané servisním střediskem ATMOS.
2.
Při odstávce z důvodu údržby, opravy apod. musí být kompresor
zajištěn proti spuštění a musí být oddělen od rozvodu stlačeného
vzduchu.
3.
Vždy používejte odpovídající ochranné prostředky.
4.
Není dovoleno provádět jakékoliv zásahy do soustrojí kompresoru
včetně elektromotoru a zejména šroubového bloku bez vědomí
výrobce nebo servisní organizace !
5.
Po ukončení opravy musí být překontrolováno nastavení provozních
parametrů kompresoru.
6.
Dodržujte všechna bezpečnostní opatření včetně těch, která nejsou
uvedena v tomto návodu.
Poznámka :
Výrobce neodpovídá za škody a zranění způsobená nedodržením
uvedených pokynů, nebo nedodržením bezpečnostních předpisů při
provozu, kontrole, údržbě nebo při opravách včetně těch, které
nejsou uvedeny v tomto návodu a jež jsou obecně platná pro
používané stroje a zařízení.
COMPRESSOR MAINTENANCE
Warning !
Before starting any work - maintenance or machine repair - ensure
against switching on and unload the compressor pressure system (it
should be free from over-pressure).
Be careful, the compressor pressure circuit contains hot oil !
CAUTIONS FOR MAINTENANCE
1.
For repairs appropriate tools and original spare parts supplied by
ATMOS Service centre may be used only.
2.
In the course of compressor shut down for maintenance, repairs etc., the
aggregate shall be ensured against to unintended starting and separated
from compressed air distribution net.
3.
Use always appropriate protective means.
4.
No interventions into compressor aggregate including the electromotor
and especially air end are allowed without the manufacturer or the
service organization knowledge.
5.
After finishing the repair work, setting up of all compressor operation
parameters shall be reviewed.
6.
Observe all safety measures including those not given in this Operation
and maintenance handbook.
Note :
The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage and injury caused
by not observing the given instructions or by not observing the safety
regulations in the course of operation, controls, maintenance as well as
repairs not included into this Handbook, but generally valid for used
machines and equipment.

KOMPRESSORWARTUNG
Warnung !
Bei allen Arbeiten am Gerät, sowie bei Wartungen und Reparaturen muß die
Stromzuleitung abgeschalt werden und die Druckluftleitungen drucklos sein.
Vorsicht ! Die Druckleitung des Kompressors enthält heißes Öl !
WARTUNGSHINWEISE
1.
Für Reparaturen dürfen nur entsprechende Werkzeuge und Originalersatzteile
von einer Servicestelle ATMOS verwendet werden.
2.
Beim Abstellen wegen Wartung, Reparatur usw. muss der Verdichter gegen
Inbetriebsetzung gesichert und von der Druckluftverteilung getrennt werden.
3.
Die entsprechenden Schutzmittel sind immer anzuwenden.
4.
Es ist nicht zulässig, ohne Wissen des Herstellers oder einer
Serviceorganisation,
Eingriffe
ins
Kompressor-Aggregat,
Elektromotor und Schraubenblock durchzuführen !
5.
Nach
Reparaturbeendigung
ist
die
Betriebsparameter zu kontrollieren.
6.
Alle Sicherheitsmaßnahmen einhalten, einschließlich diejenigen, die in dieser
Anleitung nicht angeführt sind.
Bemerkung :
Der Hersteller ist für die durch Nichteinhaltung der angeführten Vorschriften
verursachten Schäden und Verletzungen nicht verantwortlich. Ebenso durch
Nichteinhaltung der Sicherheits-vorschriften bei Betrieb, Wartung oder
Reparaturen, einschließlich derjenigen, die in dieser Anleitung nicht angeführt
sind und die für angewendete Maschinen und Anlagen allgemein gültig sind.
