KONTROLA OLEJE
Hladinu oleje doporučujeme z důvodu ustálení olejové náplně kontrolovat
před spuštěním kompresoru.
Výstraha !
Při kontrole musí být vnitřní okruh kompresoru bez tlaku !
Postup kontroly :
1.
Kompresor vypnout a zajistit proti náhodnému zapnutí.
2.
Vyčkat cca 10 minut při klidovém stavu.
3.
Otevřít uzávěr plnicího hrdla nádoby odlučovače.
4.
Zkontrolovat hladinu oleje, hladina musí dosahovat úrovně (MIN –
MAX) dané značením na měrce v uzávěru.
5.
Dolít potřebné množství oleje stejného druhu na maximální hladinu.
6.
Uzávěr rukou pevně zašroubovat.
7.
Po spuštění překontrolovat těsnost uzávěru, popřípadě vyměnit
těsnící kroužek v uzávěru.
Upozornění !
Šroubový uzávěr plnicího hrdla má z boku vyvrtaný bezpečnostní otvor,
kterým může ucházet zbylý tlakový vzduch. Pokud při otevírání uzávěru
otvorem ještě uniká vzduch, je nutné čekat dokud se tlaky nevyrovnají.
OIL CHECK
It is recommended to check the oil level prior the compressor starting for
reasons the oil is laid down at the bottom.
Warning !
During the check the compressor inner circuit shall be without pressure
!
Check procedure :
1.
Turn off the compressor and secure it against the accidental turning on.
2.
Wait ca.10 minutes at a standstill.
3.
Open the closure of the filling nozzle on the separator vessel.
4.
Check the oil level that must reach the level (MIN – MAX) given by the
mark on the gauge mounted in the closure.
5.
Fill up the necessary quantity of the same type oil to the maximum level.
6.
Screw in the closure by hand firmly.
7.
After starting the compressor check the closure tightness, aptly replace
the sealing ring in the closure.
Caution !
There is drilled a hole in the lateral side of the screw closure by which rest of
air may escape. If it is seen by unscrewing the closure that air is still
escaping, wait as long as the pressures become equal.

ÖLKONTROLLE
Es wird empfohlen, den Ölspiegel vor dem Kompressor-anlassen zu kontrollieren.
Warnung !
Bei der Kontrolle muß der Kompressor- Innenkreis ohne Druck sein !
Kontrollablaufplan :
1.
Kompressor ausschalten und gegen unbeabsichtigte Einschaltung absichern.
2.
Ca. 10 Minuten in der Ruhelage abwarten.
3.
Den Füllstutzenverschluß des Abscheiderbehälters öffnen.
4.
Den Ölspiegel überprüfen, er muß bis zwischen Markierung MIN – MAX des
Einfüllstutzens reichen.
5.
Die benötigte Ölmenge der empfählenen Ölsorte ist bis zur Markierung MAX
einzufüllen.
6.
Den Verschluß von Hand fest anziehen.
7.
Nach dem Anlassen ist die Verschlußdichtigkeit zu überprüfen und falls
notwendig, der Verschlußdichtring auszuwechseln.
Hinweis !
Im Einfüllstutzen- Schraubenverschluß ist seitlich ein Sicherheitsloch gebohrt,
wodurch die restliche Druckluft entweichen kann. Falls die Luft beim
Verschlußöffnen durch die Öffnung (Loch) entweicht, ist es notwendig zu warten, bis
die Drücke ausgeglichen werden.
