Upozornění !
Kompresor s elektrickou regulací (který je vybaven tlakovým spínačem)
může být provozován pouze s rozvodem tlakového vzduchu, který je
vybaven vzdušníkem o objemu, který zajistí, že kompresor bude spínat
max. 10x za hodinu (průměr za 8 hod.), nejčastěji však 1x za 4 minuty. Po
uvedení kompresoru do provozu, případně po každé podstatné změně
spotřeby vzduchu je toto nutno překontrolovat. V případě odchylky od
těchto hodnot se laskavě obraťte na výrobce !
4.
SPUŠTĚNÍ
1.
Uzavřít všechny kryty a zkontrolovat otevření výstupního kohoutu
kompresoru.
Upozornění !
Neotvírat výstupní kohout před připojením kompresoru do rozvodu
stlačeného vzduchu !
2.
Otočením hlavního vypínače do polohy "I" spustit kompresor (rozsvítí
se kontrolka "Provoz").
U typu "Comfort plus" se zároveň zapne sušička.
3.
Kontrolovat zda při dosažení max. tlaku kompresor vypíná.
Upozornění !
Pokud je systém na provozním tlaku, kompresor se nerozběhne a čeká
v pohotovostním režimu.
Kompresor pracuje v automatickém režimu a je zapínán a vypínán v
závislosti na přetlaku ve vzdušníku.
Během provozu kompresoru musí být všechny kryty uzavřené!

Caution !
The compressor with electric regulation (fitted with air-pressure switch) may
be operated only with compressed air distribution system with receiver of
volume which is able to ensure switching of compressor 10 times per hour
max. (average for 8 hrs.) not often than 1x in 4 minutes. Check these data
after putting the compressor into operation, or after each significant change of
air consumption. In the event of deviation from the values, please, contact the
manufacturer!
STARTING THE MACHINE
1.
Close all covers and check whether the compressor output cock is open.
Caution !
Do not open the compressor output cock before pressure air system are
connected !
2.
By turn main switch to the position "I" compressor starts (light indicator
"Operation").
At type "Comfort plus" simultaneously dryer plug in.
3.
Check on if the compressor switch off after the maximum pressure is
reached.
Caution !
If the system is under working pressure, compressor will not start and will be
waiting in stand-by mode.
The compressor operates in automatic mode and is being switched-on or
switched-off in dependence on pressure level in the receiver.
In the course of compressor operation, all covers have to be closed !
Hinweis !
Ein Kompresssor mit elektrischer Regelung (mit Druckschalter) kann nur mit
Druckluftleitung mit solchem Luftbehälter betrieben werden, der sicherstellen kann,
daß sich der Kompressors höchstens 10 x in der Stunde (Durchschnittswert über 8
Stunden) schaltet, maximal jedoch 1 x in 4 Minuten. Nach Inbetriebsetzen des
Kompressors ggf. nach jeder Änderung des Luftverbrauches muß dies überprüft
werden. Bei Abweichung von diesen Werten wenden Sie sich bitte an den Hersteller
!
ANLASSEN
1.
Alle Abdeckungen schließen und die geöffnete Position des Ausgangshahns
überprüfen.
Hinweis !
Ausgangshahn nicht vor dem Anschluß de Kompressors in Druckluftverteilung
öffnen !
2.
Durch Drehung des Hauptschalters in die Position "I" den Kompressor anlassen
(Kontrolleuchte "Betrieb" scheint).
Bei Typ "Comfort plus" sich anschließt auch Kältetrockner.
3.
Mit Taste " Start" den Kompressor anlassen.
4.
Kontrollieren, ob beim Erreichen des max. Druckes der Kompressor
ausschalten.
Hinweis !
Weil Luftspeicher unter Druck ist, Kompressor anlassen nicht und warten an unterer
Schaltdruck.
Der Kompressor arbeitet automatisch und wird in Abhängigkeit von Überdruck im
Luftspeicher ein- und ausgeschaltet.
Beim Betrieb des Kompresors müssen ale Abdeckungen geschlossen sein !
