Požádejte servisní středisko o konzultaci v jakém intervalu a jakým
způsobem provádět odpouštění. Zároveň lze za příplatek požádat o
doplnění vypouštěcího kohoutu pro usnadnění uvedené operace.
Doporučení :
Pokud je nízká okolní teplota, zakryjte částečně sací mřížku chlazení
kompresoru (např. kartonem) pro rychlejší dosažení a udržení optimální
teploty. Zakrytí je možné v případě nízkého zatížení kompresoru
ponechat trvale.
Poznámka:
Pokud dochází k extrémnímu shromažďování vody v oleji vlivem prostředí
a k rychlému vzniku emulze v celém objemu olejové náplně, konzultujte
s výrobcem možnost použití jiného kompresorového oleje.

7.1.
PROVOZ V ZIMNÍM OBDOBÍ
•
Kompresor po skončení práce uložit v temperovaném prostoru s min.
teplotou +5°C.
•
Při nízkých teplotách konzultovat s výrobcem použití vhodného
kompresorového oleje.
7.2.
PROVOZ V PRAŠNÉM PROSTŘEDÍ
•
Dbát na pravidelné čištění teplosměnné plochy chladiče a chladících
žeber elektromotoru.
•
Pravidelně kontrolovat a udržovat vzduchový sací filtr.
•
Zkrátit interval výměny olejového filtru kompresoru.
•
Zkrátit interval výměny olejové náplně podle doporučení výrobce a
druhu použitého oleje.

Contact the service centre for advice on how often and in what manner
discharge should be performed. Concurrently, you may order the installation
of an additional discharge cock to simplify the operation at an extra charge.
Recommendation:
If the ambient temperature is low, cover the compressor cooling suction grid
partially (e.g. by carton), to achieve and to maintain optimum temperature
faster. In case of low compressor operational load, the cover may be left on
the compressor permanently.
Note:
In the event of extreme accumulation of water in the oil caused by the ambient
environment and rapid formation of the emulsion in the whole volume of the
oil filling, consult the manufacturer about possible use of other types of
compressor oils.

OPERATION IN WINTER SEASON
•
After finishing the work store the compressor in a tempered room with
minimum temperature +5°C.
•
For extremely low temperatures consult the manufacturer as for the
suitable types of compressor oil.
OPERATION IN DUSTY ENVIRONMENT
•
Pay attention to regular cleaning of heat-exchanging surfaces of cooler
and cooling fins of the electromotor.
•
Check and maintain regularly the air suction filter.
•
Reduce exchange intervals of compressor oil filters.
•
Reduce exchange intervals of all oil fillings according to manufacturer´s
recommendation and type of oil used.

Ihre Servicestelle ersuchen Sie um Beratung, in welchem Zeitabstand und in
welcher Weise das Ablassen durchzuführen ist. Gleichzeitig können Sie gegen einen
Aufpreis auch um eine Zusatzlieferung des Ablasshahnes zur Erleichterung des
angeführten Vorgangs ersuchen.
Empfehlung:
Wenn die Außentemperatur niedrig ist, überdecken Sie teilweise das Sauggitter der
Kompressorkühlung (z.B. mit einem Karton), um eine optimale Temperatur zu
erreichen und zu erhalten. Die Überdeckung kann man im Falle der niedrigen
Belastung des Kompressors dauerhaft belassen.
Bemerkung:
Falls es zu einer extremen Wasseransammlung im Öl durch Umgebungseinflüsse
und einer schnellen Bildung der Emulsion im ganzen Volumen der Ölfüllung kommt,
besprechen Sie mit dem Hersteller die Anwendungsmöglichkeit von einem anderen
Kompressoröl.

•
Den Verdichter nach Arbeitsbeendigung in einem temperierten Raum mit min.
Temperatur von +5 °C lagern.
•
Bei extrem niedrigen Temperaturen die Verwendung
Kompressoröl mit dem Hersteller konsultieren.
BETRIEB IN EXTREM STAUBIGEM UMFELD
•
Auf regelmäßige Reinigung der Wärmeaustauschfläche von Kühler und
Kühlrippen des Elektromotors achten.
•
Regelmäßig den Luftfilter kontrollieren und instandhalten.
•
Die Auswechselintervalle des Luftfilters verkürzen.
•
Die Auswechselintervalle der Ölfüllungen nach Hersteller-empfehlung und nach
Art des verwendeten Öles verkürzen.
