A) Pushbutton used to turn on the appliance.
B) Pushbutton used to turn off the appliance.
C) Selector: used to select the working mode of appliance.

– Extruding cycle (2)
D) Emergency stop button: used to stop appliance parts immediately in the event of im-
minent risk. After having normalized the operating conditions, unblock button to allow
machine operation again.
E) Pushbutton: used to activate the kneading cycle.
F) Pushbutton: used to activate the extruding cycle.
G) Selector: used to activate the forced air ventilation in the extruding area.
H) Switch: used to activate and deactivate electric cutter.
L) Regulator: used to adjust the cutting speed of electric cutter.
