Onderhoud van de
Sealbalk
Het sealresultaat is afhankelijk van de staat waarin de
sealbalken verkeren en met name het teflon ervan.
Demontage van de sealbalk:
! Om de sealbalk uit de machine te nemen dient u de twee
kartelschroeven, die zich aan de zijkant van de sealbalk bevinden, los
te draaien.
! Nu kan de sealbalk uit de machine genomen worden.
Demontage sealdraad:
! Om de sealdraad te kunnen vervangen , dient u eerst de taflon tape te
verwijderen.
! De sealdraad is nu vrij toegankelijk en kan worden gedemonteerd door
de aan de uiteinden geplaatste schroeven los te draaien.
! Als de draad verwijderd is moet de sealbalk eerst worden ontdaan van
lijmresten en andere verontreinigingen.
Montage sealdraad:
! Knip de sealdraad af op een lengte van 420 mm. Leg een uiteinde van
de draad onder de sealdraadklem en draai de schroef aan.
! Plaats de sealbalk met de draad naar beneden gericht in een
bankschroef.
! Steek het andere uiteinde van de draad onder de sealdraadklem door
en trek de draad met een tang strak. Zorg ervoor dat de draad recht en
in het midden van de sealbalk ligt.
! Draai de schroef van de sealdraadklem nu vast.
! De restanten van de sealdraad moeten nu zo afgeknipt worden dat
ongeveer 5 mm overblijft om terug te vouwen over de sealdraadklem.
Aanbrengen van de teflon tape:
! Alvorens de teflon tape aan te brengen moet de sealbalk eerst goed
worden ontvet zodat de tape goed hecht.
! Knip een stuk teflon tape af en plak dit gelijkmatig op de sealbalk.
! Snij de restanten met een scherp mes af.
Montage sealbalk:
De sealbalk kan in de machine worden geplaatst. Wees er zeker van
!
dat de sealbalk in de onderste positie wordt gedrukt.
Draai daarna de twee kartelschroeven weer handvast aan.

Maintenance of the
Sealing beam
The sealing result is dependent on the condition of the
sealing beam and in particular the teflon tape.
Removing the sealing beam:
! To remove the sealing beam from the chamber of the machine, loosen
the two knurled screws located on the side of the sealing beam.
! Now the sealing beam can be lifted out of the machine.
Removing the sealwire:
! To remove the seal wire, first take off the teflon tape.
! The seal wire is accessable and can be taken of the sealing beam by
loosening the two screws on seal wire clamps on each end of the sealing
beam.
! When the seal wire is removed, the sealing beam must de freed from
any residues of tape and other pollutions.
Fixing of the seal wire:
! Cut the sealing wire to a lenght of 420 mm. Place one end of the wire
under the seal wire clamp and tighten the screw.
! Place the sealing beam in a (bench) vice with the sealing wire facing
down.
! Stick the other end of the seal wire through the sealwire clamp en
tighten the wire with a pair of pliers. Make sure that the seal wire is
straight and in the middle of the sealing beam.
! Tighten the screw of the seal wire clamp.
! Cut both ends of the seal wire so that you have about 5 mm left to fold
back over the seal wire clamp.
Fixing the teflon tape:
! Any grease must be removed from the sealing beam before the teflon
tape can be fixed.
! Cut a piece of teflon tape to length and place it evenly on the sealing
beam.
! Cut off the ends of the teflon tape neatly.
Replacing the sealing beam:
The sealing beam can now be put back into the machine. Make sure
!
that the sealing beam is pushed into the lowest position.
Tighten the two knurled screws by hand.
