Adjusting Ink Density
When using White ink to print on polyester T-shirts,
we recommend that you adjust Ink Density in
Garment Creator after selecting the following options
for Basic > Print Quality.
O SC-F2100 Series: Level 6 (Quality)
O SC-F2000 Series: Level 2 (Quality)
The illustration below shows the setting for the
SC-F2100 Series.
Choosing the appropriate white color density improves
print quality and makes the shirts more resistant to
washing.

Loading Polyester
T-Shirts
Load polyester T-shirts on a platen without a grip pad
for printing. Do not use a grip pad covered platen,
as this could result in the platen covering becoming
stained with ink.
This section describes only loading the T-shirt on the
platen. For information on printing, see the printer
manual.
Place polyester T-shirts over the platen with the neck
toward you as shown in the illustration below. The
platen should be inside the shirt.
Do not place polyester T-shirts on top of the platen,
as ink may stain side of the shirt that is under the
printing surface.
