be used and completely different grind and dose parameters can be set for each blend.
Moreover, this grinder is equipped with a communication port that can connect it with one of
Dalla Corte's evo2 or dc pro coffee machines, thus enabling the GCS (Grinder Control System).
Through the GCS, the coffee machine can automatically control and adjust the coffee grind.
This helps users in their work, since they do not have to adjust the grind repeatedly to
compensate a range of external variables affecting the quality of extraction of an espresso.
This communication system for coffee machine and grinder is patented as GCS (Grinder
Control System), part of the dc system and works exclusively with Dalla Corte's devices.
