Making Ice Cream
1 Prepare recipe ingredients from your own recipe or from the recipe booklet here. Note: You do not need
to freeze the bowl for hours in a freezer in advance, as this machine has a BUILT-IN COMPRESSOR that
freezes the recipe ingredients in operation thus ensure the output of ice cream.
2 Keep the mixing blade bottom hole fitted well with the driving axis of the belt.
3 Add the well prepared and stirred recipe ingredients to the funnel.
4 Then remove the funnel and seal it with the stopple.
5 Plug in power, then press power button.
6 Select the desired menu.
7 Press the [START/PAUSE] button to start working.
8 You can add the favorite ingredients by removing the stopple.
9 After finished, beep sounds will be heard to remind of finish. Pull the handle to take out the ice cream.
Keep cool function
To avoid melting when the ice cream is not placed well in time, the following design is supported.
Ice Cream
When the unit is completed, the machine will start up the keep cool function. The unit will enter a cycle for
three hours: the temperature of ice cream goes up to -4°C (the compressor works) - once the temperature of
ice cream drops to -7°C (the compressor stop working). The mixing motor will keep working in the first hour,
but it won't work unless the compressor is working in the last two hours.
Juice
When the juice is completed, the unit will start up the keep cool function. Once the temperature reaches to
7°C, the compressor will work for one minute and thirty seconds to keep cool, and this function will last 3 hours.

last two hours.
Smoothie
When the smoothie is completed, the unit will start up the keep cool function. Once the temperature reaches
to 1°C, the compressor will work for four minutes to keep cool, and this function will last 3 hours. The mixing
motor will keep working in the first hour, but it won't work unless the compressor is working in the last two
hours.
