Declaration of incorporation
VAR-SPE VARIATORI OLEODINAMICI DI VELOCITA' srl with its registered office
in via Cordellina 81, Tavernelle di Altavilla Vic.na (VI),
Caterina Speggiorin, in her capacity as legal representative of VAR-SPE VA-
RIATORI OLEODINAMICI DI VELOCITA' srl, via Cordellina 81, Tavernelle di
Altavilla Vic.na,
DECLARE THAT
the partly completed machinery called SPEED VARIATOR, model (see page 1),
serial number (see page. 1)
is in compliance with the following essential safety requirements of the 2006/42/
EC Directive and has pertinent technical documentation in compliance with At-
tachment VIII B of same Directive.
Following suitably motivated request from the national authorities, the legal
representative has undertaken to transmit information regarding the partly com-
pleted machine.
This undertaking includes the transmission methods and leaves the intellectual
property rights of the producer unchanged.
The legal representative declares that the partly completed machine in question
must not be used until the final machine into which it will be incorporated has
been declared as being in compliance with the 2006/42/EC Directive.
