Oil seal housing assembly

1. Install:
Oil seals 1 (housing lower and center)

NOTE:
Use the special tool, to install the two oil
seals (one by one).
Driver rod:

Needle bearing attachment:
90890-06649
2. Install:
Oil seal 2 (upper housing)

NOTE:
Install the Oil seal direction upside down
as shown.
Needle bearing attachment:

Driver rod:

Crankshaft bearing installation

1. Install:
9 Crankshaft bearing
NOTE:
Fit the ball bearing with its manufacturer's
marks a in the direction of the flywheel
rotor side.
Install:
Bearing attachment 1:

Driver rod 2:
90890-06605
Remove:
Bearing attachment:
90890-06612
Driver rod:
90890-06652
