6.2 Select blade cone

Which blade cone A/B/C 6 is most suitable depends on the properties of the food, and
in particular its firmness. The following table contains some examples for orientation. The
firmness may vary depending on variety and ripeness, however.

6.3 Assembly and Operation

1. Place the bowl 12 into the base 10.
2. Remove the desired blade cone A/B/C 6
from the blade store 11 and place it
onto the cone holder 4.
3. Figure A: grip the cone holder 4 firm-
ly and rotate the blade cone 6 anti-
clockwise until it stops.
4. Figure B: place the filler chute 2 with
the assembled blade cone 6 into the
holder 8 of the base 10. The arrow

5. Spear your vegetable or fruit firmly on
the plunger 1 and then place the
plunger 1 complete with the food into
the filler chute 2 as vertically as possi-
ble. In this way you will obtain nice
long "noodles".
6. Connect the mains plug 13 with the
wall socket.
7. Switch on the device using the on/off
button I/ 9 (I). The LED in the button
is lit.
8. Start the spiral cutting of the food by
carefully pressing down the plunger 1.
For continuous spirals, apply consistent
pressure; to obtain shorter "noodles",
occasionally interrupt the pressure.
9. Switch off the device using the on/off
button I/ 9 ( ). The LED in the but-
ton goes out.
