5. Charging

NOTES:
• Before the device is used for the first time, the device should be charged for
90 minutes (or until the LED 4 flashes white).
• When the battery is almost flat, the LED 4 flashes in red. The device can then only
be used for a short time without being connected to the electricity supply.
1. Switch off the device with the on/off switch 3 if necessary.
2. Connect the power adapter 6 to the connection 5 at the device.
3. Plug the power adapter 6 into an easily accessible wall socket, the voltage of
which corresponds to the rating plate.
4. The LED 4 is lit red and the battery is charged. When the battery is fully charged,
the LED 4 flashes white. When the battery is fully charged, the device can be
used for approx. 60 minutes without being connected to the power supply.
