ATTENTION!
For additional protection you can install a residual
current device with nominal operation current not ex-
ceeding 30 mA into the mains of the kitchen; contact
specialist for installation.

SAFETY MEASURES

Before using the unit, read these instructions care-
fully and keep then for further reference.
Always observe the main safety measures when us-
ing the unit, including:
Use the coffee maker according to its intended
purpose only. Mishandling the unit can lead to its
breakage and cause harm to the user or damage
to his/her property.
Before switching the coffee maker on for the first
time, make sure that the mains voltage corre-
sponds to the voltage specified on the unit body.
The power cord is equipped with "euro plug";
plug it into the socket with reliable grounding
contact.
Electric safety of the coffee maker is guaranteed
only if the coffee maker is securely grounded.
To avoid fire or electric shock do not use adapt-
ers for plugging the unit in.
Place the unit on a flat steady surface.
Do not switch the coffee maker on if the water
tank is empty.
Before plugging the unit in make sure that the
«ON/OFF» button is released.
Use only the accessories supplied with the unit.
Before switching the coffee maker on make sure
that all removable parts are installed properly.
Do not touch hot parts and surfaces of the cof-
fee maker.
Do not place the coffee maker on hot surfaces.

Be careful to avoid burns by steam or hot water.
Do not remove the filter holder during coffee
maker operation.
To avoid fire, electric shock or physical damage
do not immerse the power cord, the power plug
or the coffee maker body into water or other liq-
uids.
To switch the coffee maker off first press the on/
off button and only after that you can take the
power plug out of the socket.
When unplugging the unit, pull the plug but not
the cord.
Attention! Remove scale not less than once a
month. Troubles caused by scale appearing on
the coffee maker parts are not covered by war-
ranty.
Unplug the coffee maker every time before
cleaning and when you do not use it.
Let the coffee maker cool down completely be-
fore cleaning it.
Do not let the power cord hang from the edge
of the table and touch hot surfaces and sharp
edges of the kitchen furniture.
Do not use the coffee maker outdoors.
Never leave the coffee maker in places with the
temperature below 0°C.
For children safety reasons do not leave polyeth-
ylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with
polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of
suffocation!
Do not allow children to use the unit as a toy.
Do not leave the operating unit unattended; be
especially cautious if children or disabled per-
sons are near the operating unit.
This unit is not intended for usage by children
or disabled persons unless they are given all
the necessary and understandable instructions
by a person who is responsible for their safety
on safety measures and information about dan-
ger that can be caused by improper usage of
the unit.
Do not use the coffee maker if the power cord or
the power plug is damaged, if the unit malfunc-
tions or after the unit was damaged.
Do not repair the coffee maker by yourself; for
repair issues always apply to the nearest autho-
rized service center.
Keep the unit out of reach of children.
THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USAGE
ONLY

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

After unit transportation or storage at low tem-
perature it is necessary to keep it for at least two
hours at room temperature before switching on.
