Troubleshooting Tips

5.4.1 Do's and Don'ts

Do
Place converter in correct position. Make sure the
converter has the correct height and the head is positioned
in an angle of approx. 45 degrees (1

Wait for the cut mechanism to complete its cutting cycle
(approx. 1 sec.) before pulling the paper out of the
converter.
Do
Remove any box or object blocking the converter opening
to allow paper to feed through freely. If possible, move
the TT stand back or raise it higher to add more space
between the paper and box contents.
