Troubleshooting

Problem
Converter will

not 1. On/Off switch next to power cable is in "Off"
position.
2. Main switch is in "Off" position.
3. Power plug is defective.
4. Fuse is defective (melted).
1. Faulty connections.
2. Microprocessor is faulty.
3. The speed controll is completely turned left
4. Paper is torn.
1. Paper not loaded properly

Solution
1. Set the switch to the "On" position
2. Set the switch to the "On" position
3. Check the power plug (*).
4. Check the fuse (*)
230V = 1x 5A /110V = 1x 4A
1. Check the connections (*).
2. Contact your Ranpak Distributor Service
Technician.
3. Turn the speed control clockwise to the required
speed.
4. Reload paper.
1. Reload paper
2. Remove the paperjam or contact your Ranpak
Distributor Service Technician
1. Replace foot switch (*)
1. Reload paper (*).
