Loading the paper

Pay attention when using hand tools
such as knives, scissors etc, due to the
risk of cutting!
Warning!
Pay attention to ergonomic factors such
as lifting, bending, reaching, etc.!
Warning!
To load paper bundles in the converter, complete the
following steps:
1. Turn the main switch "OFF" or "O".
2. Place the paper bundle on the paper tray.
3. Cut and remove the band(s).
4. Pull paper from the top of the stack and form as shown.
5. Feed paper into inlet opening in the back of the
converter.

6. Set the main switch "ON" or "I". The converter is ready
for use.
7. Step on the foot switch to feed the paper through the
converter.
3.4 Manual operation of FillPak TT with Cut
Mechanism
After completing all required actions as stipulated in
Sections 3.2 "Converter set up" and 3.3 "Loading the
paper," the PaperStar™ shaped material (converted
paper) can be produced, using the following steps:
1. Press the Electronic Delivery System (EDS) switch to
the "OFF" or "O" position.
2. Press the foot switch to initiate paper feed.
3. Release the foot switch once the desired length is
reached.
Do not tamper with the foot switch.
Warning!
4. The cut mechanism will cut the paper automatically
and the PaperStar™ shaped material is ready for
packaging.
