5.4.4 Bypassing cut mechanism – manual
FillPak TT operation

1. Remove the power plug from the wall socket and
locate the two power cables found at the base of the
FillPak TT Cut unit:
Cutter Unit Power Cable (A)
Feed Motor Power Cable (B)
2. Disconnect the cutter unit power cable (A) from the
power supply (cable will hang loose). Disconnect
the feed motor power cable from the cutter unit and
reattach it to the power supply (B).

3. a). Plug the power plug into the wall socket and set
the main switch "ON" or "I". The converter is now
ready to be run in foot switch mode.
b). If paper does not feed through, turn the main
switch "OFF" or "O" and see the following steps:
4. Remove top cover by lifting the tabs on both sides.
5. Remove any jammed paper from the wheels.
6. Rotate wheels until paper lays flat between the plastic
ties.
