Precautions and hints for use.

• For particularly stubborn dirt on resistant objects, the washing
cycles can be repeated. After 2 or 3 consecutive cycles, leave the
cleaner to rest for a few minutes.
• Cautions to adopt for washing spectacles complete with lenses: the lenses
must not be facing the basket or other objects. Use only cold water and avoid
washing cycles longer than 3 min.
• We recommend always using the plastic basket when washing.
The finishes on the objects for cleaning could deteriorate if they come into
contact with the metal tank.
When several objects are placed in the basket they need to be arranged
separately to avoid abrasive contact.
• Before performing numerous washing cycles on a new object, we
recommend running a brief washing cycle as a test.
• At the end of the washing cycle, remove the objects from the tank and rinse
the residual detergent from them with running water.
• After 30 min. of continuous use, we recommend stopping the cleaner for
at least 10 min. The cleaner does not have to be switched off when not in
use, it can remain on stand-by for the entire working day (8 - 10 hours).
• Ultrasonic power is reduced when the objects to be washed are too heavy
or too large.
Do not put objects into the tank weighing more than 500 g or which
occupy more than 1/3 of its volume.
• Change the detergent solution if dirty and no longer effective: disconnect
the mains socket, remove the basket inside and empty carefully from the front
right-hand corner.
• Do not activate the cleaner without liquid in the tank; it could
be seriously damaged. The level of the liquid must be at least half
of the tank capacity.
• To avoid thermal shocks to the transducers, do no pour water or detergent
solutions with temperature of over 35°C or below 10°C into the tank.
• Do not use acids or solvents in the tank or for cleaning
the body.
