DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE

Ultrasonic Cleaner for washing small and medium-sized objects.
The high-frequency (ultrasonic) vibration that the cleaner transmits to the liquid
detergent helps to remove dirt from the surfaces of the objects, even
when they have an irregular and complex form. The phenomenon of "cavitation" is
exploited, whereby the liquid detergent takes on rapid and alternating states of pres-
sure and depression that act on the dirt dissolving it.

professional. It must only be used by
adequately trained personnel.

cleaning objects in
optics and goldsmiths laboratories.

INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY

• Open the cardboard packaging, making sure it is undamaged; check that
the packaging contains all the parts listed on page 2 and that all the parts are
in perfect condition. If any damage has been incurred during transport, do
not install or use the cleaner but contact the manufacturer's Technical
Assistance immediately.
• Position the cleaner on a flat, stable and vibration-free surface. Respect the
ambient conditions specified on page 13 (technical specifications: ambient
operating conditions). Leave a gap of 30 cm all around the cleaner to ensure
ease of operation, proper ventilation and rapid access to the mains socket
if emergency disconnection from the mains is needed.
• The mains power supply to which the cleaner is connected must
conform to applicable standards in the country of use, and must
be equipped with an efficient earthing connection in conformity to
applicable standards.
• After intense use the cleaner may emit liquid detergent vapours, therefore
the working environment should guarantee adequate ventilation.
