WARRANTY
CONDITIONS
The warranty is valid from the purchasing date of the product and must be proven by the receipt
(invoice, receipt or any document that unequivocally identifies the purchasing date as for example, payment
through MAC card or credit card), issued by the person selling the item.
The interventions carried out under warranty do not extend the duration of the warranty which is still of two
years from the purchasing date.
The product must not have been modified and/or changed: the presence of non-original accessories and/or
any, even small, changes to the product, entail the immediate cancellation of the warranty terms and the
release of any responsibilities on Suomyʼs behalf.
The warranty is void when:
•
The product has been modified, poorly painted, decorated with stickers
•
Original parts have been replaced with other parts;
•
Interventions on the inter-com system have been carried out;
•
In any case other inter-com technologies and/or technologies related to any of its parts are used.
The Warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
•
Incorrect use or non-compliant with the recommendations and requirements indicated in this
manual;
•
Ordinary wear of the product;
•
Repairs made by the customers or third parties or by personnel not belonging to the Suomy
S.p.A. Organization;
•
Incorrect use of the product and/or use of the product in situations that do not comply with the
purposes the product has been designed for or with the modalities indicated in this manual
CONDITIONS
La garantie prend effet à partir de la date dʼachat du produit et doit être accompagnée dʼun reçu (facture, reçu
fiscal ou tout autre document permettant dʼidentifier sans équivoque la date dʼachat comme par exemple, le
paiement par carte bancaire) fourni par le vendeur du produit.
Les interventions effectuées sous garantie ne prolongent pas la durée de la garantie qui reste fixée à deux
ans à compter de la date dʼachat.
Le produit ne doit pas avoir subi de modifications et/ou dʼaltérations : la présence dʼaccessoires nʼétant pas
dʼorigine et/ou toute éventuelle modification du produit même minime, entraîne lʼannulation immédiate des
termes de la garantie et le désengagement de toute responsabilité de la part de Suomy.
La Garantie prend fin lorsque :
•
le produit a été modifié, repeint autrement que dans les règles de l'art, décoré avec des adhésifs;
•
des parties dʼorigine ont été remplacées par dʼautres parties dʼorigine différente ;
•
des interventions ont été effectuées sur le système de communication/interphone ;
•
dʼautres technologies relatives aux systèmes de communication/interphone et à leurs
composants ont été utilisées.
Les dommages dérivant des causes suivantes ne sont couverts par aucune garantie :
•
la négligence dans lʼutilisation ou utilisation non conforme aux recommandations et prescriptions
décrites dans ce manuel ;
•
l'usure normale du produit ;
•
les réparations faites par le client, par des tiers ou quoi quʼil en soit par du personnel extérieur à
la Société Suomy ;
•
une utilisation non correcte du produit et/ou un emploi de celui-ci dans des situations sʼavérant
hors des conditions normales dʼutilisation ou des modalités reportées dans ce manuel.
CONDIZIONI
La garanzia ha decorrenza dalla data di acquisto del prodotto e deve essere comprovata dalla ricevuta
(fattura, scontrino fiscale o qualsiasi documento atto ad identificare inequivocabilmente la data di acquisto
quale ad esempio, lʼacquisto con bancomat o con carta di credito), rilasciata dal venditore dellʼarticolo.
Gli interventi realizzati in garanzia non prolungano la durata della stessa, che resta fissata in due anni dalla
data di acquisto.
Il prodotto non deve essere stato oggetto di modifiche e/o alterazioni: la presenza di accessori non originali
e/o di eventuali modifiche anche minime al prodotto, comportano lʼimmediato annullamento dei termini di
garanzia e il decadimento di qualsiasi responsabilità da parte di Suomy.
La Garanzia decade quando:
•
il prodotto sia stato modificato, riverniciato non a regola dʼarte, decorato con adesivi;
•
siano state sostituite parti originali con altre di diversa origine;
•
siano stati eseguiti interventi sul sistema di interfono/comunicazione;
