Problem
Device will not
start.

Possible causes
The appliance is not
receiving voltage.
Cooking chamber
door is not properly
closed.
Foreign bodies on
the cooking chamber
sealing surfaces.
The door is warped
or the door lock is
defective.
Lamp defective.
Glass rotary plate is
not correctly posi-
tioned on the drive
motor.
Rotary plate support
is not correctly posi-
tioned underneath the
glass rotary plate.
Rotary plate sup-
port and fl oor of the
cooking chamber are
soiled.
Solutions, tips
Check the fuse in your fuse box and
the function of the plug with another
electronic device.
Check the position of the mains plug
and the condition of the mains cable.
Exchange defective cables. Do not
use the appliance!
Close cooking chamber door prop-
erly.
Clean the cooking chamber door
sealing surfaces.
Have the door repaired. Do not use
the device!
Have lamp replaced by customer
service only.
Position the glass rotary plate cor-
rectly.
Position the rotary plate support
correctly.
Clean the rotary plate support and
fl oor of the cooking chamber.
