If you do not confirm within 4 minutes,
the cooker hood will not be signed off.
^ Sign off the hob. Please refer to the
fitting and installation instructions
supplied with communication module
XKM 2000/2100 KM*** for information
on how to do this.
^ Then sign on the appliances again as
described previously.

Operating Con|ctivity in conjuction
with Miele|home
If you want to operate Con|ctivity with
an existing Miele|home system, the
cooker hood and the hob must be
signed on to the Miele|home system.
^ Start the "Sign on appliance" or "Sign
on additional appliances" option on
the InfoControl unit or the
SuperVision appliance.
^ Then start the signing on process on
the cooker hood, as described
previously.
The signing on process will be
completed on the InfoControl unit or the
SuperVision appliance.
It takes approx. 45 seconds for the
cooker hood to sign on.
The cooker hood "searches" for a hob
which is already signed on.
If there are two hobs present, only one
will be used.
en - Establishing communication
^ If a hob is not already signed on,
then it needs to be signed on to the
InfoControl or SuperVision
appliance. Please refer to the
installation instructions for the
XKM 2000/2100 KM***.
The hob will then be found
automatically by the cooker hood.
* Appliances with sensor controls.
** For appliances with additional
ambient lighting use the "n" control on
the right.
*** For hobs KM 549 and KM 554,
information on signing on and signing
off is described in the relevant
operating instructions.
