5. Menu operation

Quick Start
Click the "START" key and enter the manual mode of the exercise bike. The display interface is as
follows:
The resistance control can be achieved by clicking the effort level adjustment key.
Click the "stop"key and the speedbike stops. The interface is as follows (this step applies to all motor
