Clean the sensor and the protective cage following
measurement.
Do not use abrasive substances!
Weak household cleaning agents, standard clea-
ning liquid or soap suds can be used.

Information
The temperature of the cooking oil being
tested must be at least +40°C. The maxi-
mum application temperature is +210°C.
Sensor should not come into contact with
metal parts.
Remove deep-fried food from the oil and
wait until bubbles no longer appear.
Recommendation:
Cooking oil should be changed from
approx. 24% TPM.
