In the event of any faults which you
cannot remedy yourself, please contact
your Miele Dealer or Miele Service.

can be found at the end of this docu-
ment.
Please note that telephone calls may be
monitored and recorded for training
purposes and that a call-out charge will
be applied to service visits where the
problem could have been resolved as
described in this booklet.

Warranty

For information on the appliance war-
ranty specific to your country, please
contact Miele. See back cover for ad-
dress.
In the UK, your appliance warranty is
valid for 2 years from the date of pur-
chase. However, you must activate your
cover by calling 0330 160 6640 or re-
gistering online at www.miele.co.uk.

Optional accessories

Certain models are supplied as stand-
ard with one or more of the following
accessories.
Please observe the flooring manu-
facturer's cleaning and care instruc-
tions.
These and many other products can be
ordered from the Miele webshop, the
Miele Spare Parts Dept. or your Miele
dealer.

Electrobrushes
Electrobrushes can only be connected
to a vacuum cleaner which has an Elec-
trobrush socket.
Electrobrush Electro (SEB 217)
This Electrobrush is particularly suitable
for intensive vacuuming of carpets
which are subject to hard wear. It is
very effective at removing deep seated
dirt and preventing areas of frequent
use being trodden into a path.
Electrobrush Electro Premium
(SEB 236)
In comparison to the SEB 217 this Elec-
trobrush is 60 mm wider and is also
more powerful, making it particularly
suitable for cleaning large areas.
It has the following additional features
compared to the SEB 217:
– the height can be adjusted to suit dif-
ferent depths of carpet pile,
– LED lighting to illuminate the floor in
front of it,
– a multi-function indicator light.
Floorheads / brushes
AllergoTeQ floorhead
(SBDH 285)
This floorhead is suitable for daily hy-
gienic cleaning of all floor surfaces. The
level of cleanliness of the floor shows in
a colour "traffic light" display when va-
cuuming.
Turbobrush TurboTeQ (STB 305) / Tur-
bobrush Turbo (STB 205)
This brush is ideal for removing fluff and
hair from short-pile carpet.
