Malfunction
Pump not running,

No line voltage or mains power
failure
Damaged cable
Impeller jammed
Motor protection switch engaged
Residual current circuit breaker
on power supply triggered
The pump has sunk too deep into
the mud
Inlet strainer blocked
Kink in hose
Internal water channels in pump
blocked
Impeller or diffuser worn
Remedy
Check voltage, check that the
power supply is sufficiently
fused
Call Rosenbauer customer
service to replace the cable

Call a qualified electrician to
repair the pump
Lift the pump and place on a firm
base, or hang up the pump
Clean the strainer; if necessa-
ry, place the pump in a wicker
basket
Route the hose to be kink-free,
use hose kink protection
Flush the pump with fresh water
at high pressure

service to replace the parts
