Make sure that the device is switched off and

From the front, insert the pressing tube

socket (see fig. D). In doing so, make sure that
the auger locks into place in the slots.

Fit the front panel onto the housing

Select the desired shaping disk
to the pressing out tube (if necessary hold fast
with one hand). The small nib on the back of
the shaping disk must lock into place in the

silver opening at the end of the pressure roller.
Screw the shaping disk holder

Note: Do not screw the shaping disk
tight. If you do, it will be very difficult to unscrew
after you have finished making pasta (due to
contact pressure).
Attach the lid by inserting the two teeth into

Selecting a shaping disk

effect on your pasta production.
When using the shapes „lasagne / ravioli" and
„macaroni", make sure that you have inserted
the shaping disks
