8.9 Do not use perforator in or
near previously drilled areas.
8.10 Perforator must be
disassembled, cleaned and
sterilized between each use.
See Paragraphs 2.0, 3.0, 4.0
and 5.0. Failure to follow
these instructions could cause
a product malfunction and
subsequent serious patient
injury or death.
8.11 Instruments made of stainless
steel must not be placed in
physiological saline solution
(NaCl solution) as prolonged
contact leads to corrosion
such as pitting and stress
corrosion cracking.
8.12 The user is responsible for the
actual processing achieving
the desired results with the
equipment, materials and staff
employed in the processing
facility. Usually, this requires
validation and routine
monitoring of the method.
8.13 Machine cleaning of this
device is not recommended.

9.0 Resharpening:
9.1 The manufacturer is the only
authorized party to resharpen
or service the unit. ACRA-
CUT, Inc. assumes no liability
if the sealed unit (shank end)
has been disassembled or if
the resharpening or servicing
is performed by any party
other than ACRA-CUT, Inc.
9.2 Quarterly no-charge
inspections and recertification
of the perforator at the
ACRA-CUT, Inc. factory are
strongly recommended.
9.3 For resharpening, or for a
no-charge inspection, return
perforator to:

9.4 Unit will be returned by the
same method as shipped.
Inspection/resharpening will
take no more than (3) working
days.
