2.0 Disassemble Unit:
2.1 Align the small external hole
on the drill body with the hole
on the inside of the drill by
rotating the shank. Once the
2 holes are aligned, you will be
able to see through the drill.
2.2 Place the drill body in the
sterilizing case with the
aligned holes over the pin and
the cutting edges extending off
the case. (See Picture 2) Close
the locking cover to secure
drill (reverse instructions1.0).
2.3 Rotate the outer drill counter-
clockwise until it becomes
disengaged from the shank.
Open the cover and remove
drill body from the case.
2.4 Assembly is the opposite
procedure.
2.5 The drive section is lubricated
for life and must not be
disassembled.
CAUTION:
All cutting tip components must
be assembled using only the same
serial numbered parts. In addition,
parts between different size or
model ACRA-CUT units are not
interchangeable.

3.0 Assembly/Disassembly of
Cutting Edges:
3.1 14/11mm Reusable
Perforators (See Picture 3)
3.1.1 Insert cam end of inner drill
(a) into top of outer drill (b).
3.1.2 Thread assembled parts (a/b)
onto drive shank (c).
3.1.3 Tighten per paragraph 2.0
3.2 11/7mm Reusable
Perforators (See Picture 4)
3.2.1 Insert cutting end of inner
drill (a) into the base of outer
drill (b).
3.2.2 Slide large ring (c) over the
cam end of (a) rotating until
the key on (c) fits into the
slot on (b).
3.2.3 Place small ring (d) over the
front of the (a/b) assembly
and screw the large ring
(c) and the small ring (d)
together.
3.2.4 Thread assembled parts (a/b/c
and d) onto drive shank (e).
3.2.5 Tighten per paragraph 2.0.
