13. This product is not calibrated for commercial or scientific use. The temperatures
can vary by +/- 5 degrees, however, they all are in the range for optimally brew-
ing all sorts of tea and coffee.
Note:
• Thanks to the vacuum between the inner and the outer wall, this kettle can hold
the water temperature in the kettle up for long periods of time. This vacuum
decreases over the years so that the water cools down a bit quicker, however,
the double-walled stainless steel kettle will even then have very good insulating
qualities and, when treated right, will serve you well for a long time.
