Reset the RWA switch.

Open the RWA switch with key.

Unlock the black pushbutton (2) with slider (1).

Press the green CLOSE button (3).
X
The fire alarm is reset.
The windows and smoke extraction flaps close again, the alarm is cancelled and the RWA emergency power sup-
ply unit is reset.
Replace the broken pane (4).

Close the RWA switch again.

Resetting smoke detector lines
Open the housing.
X
Press the Reset smoke detector switch.
X
The smoke detectors are reset.
Lock the housing again.
X
Checking resetting
After the alarm has been reset, the red alarm indicator lamp at the RWA switches extinguishes, alarm signals are
no longer output and the windows can be opened and closed again with the vent switches. The RWA emergency
power supply unit is ready for alarms again.
If the red alarm indicator lamp does not extinguish, at least one of the following alarm signals is still active at the
RWA emergency power supply unit. This has to be deactivated:
à Alarm signal of an RWA switch
à Alarm signal of a smoke detector
à Alarm signal of an external fire alarm system
